How to book
Polished by Bug is appointment only. Availability lives on the online booking site, which is the fastest way to grab a time and see what is actually open. If you would rather talk it through first, message Instagram or Facebook and Aubrey will help you pick the right service.
When booking, choose the service you need, then use the notes field for anything that affects timing: nail art, a removal, an existing set from another salon, or a specific length.

24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
In a one-chair studio, a missed appointment is a slot that cannot be refilled at short notice — and it is time another client was waiting for. The 50% fee is not a penalty; it covers the time that was held for you and could not be offered to someone else.
Life happens. If something comes up, message as early as you can. Cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead are never charged.
Before you arrive
Skip the lotion
Oils on the nail plate work against adhesion. Clean, dry nails hold product best.
Bring your inspiration
Save photos to your phone. Even a rough idea speeds up the design conversation.
Arrive on time
Late arrivals cut into the time reserved for your set, and detailed art may have to be simplified.
Payment
Cash and credit card are both accepted. Final pricing depends on length, shape, and art, so if you want a firm number ask before the set starts rather than after.
Repairs and guarantees
If a nail lifts or breaks shortly after your appointment, message the studio. Nail fixes are $3 per nail. Please do not pick or peel product off at home, since that pulls layers off the natural nail and takes months to grow out. Care instructions are in the nail care guide.
